Founded by Chef Prateek Endlay (Pat) our catering service is built on over vast years of international experience and the invaluable mentorship Chef Pat  received while working alongside world-renowned chefs such as Giorgio Locatelli, Masaharu Morimoto, Gordon Ramsay, and Nobu Matsuhisa. Their influence—precision, creativity, discipline, and an uncompromising respect for ingredients—forms the foundation of everything we create.

Chef Pat’s culinary journey spans Michelin-star restaurants, five-star hotels, golf clubs, bistros, sports bars, and high-performance kitchens across Asia, Middle East, States and North America. Rising through the ranks to Executive Chef to a successful Chef Entrepreneur , he developed expertise in menu engineering, budgeting, team leadership, and quality-driven food production—skills that now define Party Platter’s standard of excellence.
